No. LAZ.031539), and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (Reg. No. A.923). This body is established by the Federal Government to control and regulate the practice of estate surveying and valuation profession in Nigeria. We are also members by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. Our Tax Identification Number is 14594893-0001.

Emma Ezeama & Co. is a firm of Chartered Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Plant & Machinery Valuers, Agents, Property investment Analyst, and Manager. We are Professional members of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) that is empowered to regulate and control the practice of the profession of Estate Surveying and Valuation in the country. Our practice is affiliated to the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), Commonwealth Association of Surveying and Land Economy (CASLE), International Federation of Surveyors (FIG), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria(APBN) and The International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). We are highly trained Estate Surveyors and experienced property professionals. We offer impartial, specialist advice on a variety of property related issues and our services we provide are diverse. With our branch network (Kano, Lagos, Abuja, Jos, Enugu, Onitsha, Aba, and Port Harcourt), we ensure that we deliver reports on any brief in any of Nigeria’s six geographical zones in enviable good time.
